Green Beans Production Machine
▶ Description:
The Green Bean (Snap Bean / French Bean) Processing Line is a complete integrated solution designed for supermarket fresh-cut programs, fresh vegetable processors and ready-meal factories.
Raw beans are automatically topped and tailed to remove both stem ends, then pass through a manual sorting & trimming table where defective beans are removed and fine trimming is carried out. The beans then enter the bubble washing machine, where a combination of air-bubble agitation and high-pressure water spray thoroughly removes soil and impurities. An air drying machine quickly removes surface moisture to extend shelf life. Finally, beans can be discharged whole or cut into segments according to the customer's requirement. The entire line is built from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, complies with HACCP hygiene standards, and is modularly customized to each customer's capacity, plant layout and end-product form (whole, cut segments or strips), available as a complete turnkey project.
